I checked the rule book. It's technically not discriminating to wizards.
I still hate that guy. BYOB? How about bring your own will and testament? BURN. XD

Whatever. We get a very sexy new skill. So sexy it's forbidden. Also it's dumping super toxic waste. But it's mostly illegal because the canister is sexy.
I swear. The highly toxic gasses have nothing to do with it.

There's also a technical reason why it ricoshets! Technically, it spawns a monster on target. Monsters can't stack, and when you spawn something on something else (not item) it's placed in a random free square. Hence, it tells you to not hit things with it directly.

So, how potent is the gas? Well...
Each puff is the same.
1 acid + 0.5 * Alchemy.
That, four times, only using Asphyxiation, Putrefying and Toxic damage. Twelve turns effect. In total. It hurts. A lot. Just run. NOW.
