His motivation and drives are all over the place. Like a poorly scrambled egg or a sloppily flipped pancake.
I mean... why? He does sound upset about the whole Ultor=Evil thing, but his ties to the Red Factor are sudden and shoehorned in! I mean, he magically trusts them, Hendrix and Eos like he helped found them... unless he did. In which case, that's a terrible plot twist, because it's pretty damn relevant to the character's setting in the story.
The overarching plot is flat, nicely done, but flat. Eh... luckily it has gameplay going for it, for a large part.

Regardless, lots of fun stuff is done. Involving snipers and such.

Parker just goes around, killing and shooting. You're left in the dark about the Red Faction in many ways, and I can't help but wonder what the hell happened to the writers that this seemed as good progression and pacing.

The gameplay doesn't suffer. It will, soon, crash in a 'stealth' section, though the action compensates very nicely. It's still worth my ten money units!

There's just something about this game. But next part... oh... something very awful happens. My soul dies thinking about it!
