Mechanics - Don't be infront of the boss ever - 2 attacks are breaths - 4 stacks of debuff = torch storm = aoe damage to everyone. Debuff does so much damaage
When the boss turns invincible - prepare for totem phase and kill the totems. Achates has 3-4 stacks of shield which is either yellow, green and blue. Pick up the gems from the totem once you kill it that represents the shield and throw it at the boss.
Once you throw 3-4 of the correct colour at the boss, Achates will be staggered and you can do a lot of damage to him. If you stuff this up - you take lots of damage.
Achates also has a curse which puts 1 light blue debuff on one person and 1 red debuff on another. These people must STACK otherwise they die.
Achates will put two dark circles on two players - basically you run out and wait for it to expire and once it is expired, there will be a fire patch on the ground. Just dodge out.
