Consumables: Major HP Pot or above + Panacea + Flare + Frost Grenade
Avoid the front - getting hit by fiery attacks = stacking debuff (does very little damage)
When Helgaia channels and cracks appear in the ground - stay in and stagger her. If you fail to stagger her - massive damage + debuff stack.
Counterattack Window is quite short - don't fret on countering it. Just stagger and avoid the front and its easy!
