If you have upgraded your PC or laptop to Windows 11 and have more than one user account on your computer, then you may be wondering how to change a local user to a Windows 11 admin account. You will need to be logged in as an administrator account to be able to change another user but it doesn't matter if you are using a local account or are signed into a Microsoft account.
