Since the game itself is on Newgrounds and runs on Ruffle, it's a bit buggy.
Upon checking the achievements, they were all saying "Undefined PTS", which led me to think that since it's impossible to unlock them properly, the game was triggered to unlock Vortigon this early. But that's just a theory. A game theory.
