These actually feel great at clearing, due to Fireball's AoE component, and compared to Risen Vaal Advocate (chaos) which has 3 spells and a downtime when they cast phantasms, these guys have only 1 spell, however single target is mediocre.
This is just a showcase video, was tested on Standard with expensive gear, and is not representative of average spectre gameplay.
In this video you can see im wearing super expensive gloves, you dont need it to that extreme, a gloves with faster proj, slower proj and faster casting would be enough to feel good at clearing. Super excited to try them with a Wraithlord.

To get them, spec into Invasive Adversaries node on Atlas tree and now you have a chance for them to appear in any map.
