Chaos/Talks #:4 Demonetization Update (May 2024) YouTube's Double Standards
2Not really a Chaos/Talks video, but I didn't know where to put it, and since my last demonetization video WAS a Chaos/Talks video, figured I'd make this video one as well.
Last year, I was unfairly demonetized for "reused content" which, in my opinion, was a completely pathetic excuse to remove my monetization.
I appealed, and it was refused.
This year, thanks to a certain Red Dwarf video, I met the requirements to allow me to apply.
So I did. I was refused again for the same bullshit reason.
YouTube at this point is showing clear bias and favouritism towards larger, more popular channels by allowing them to monetize content that is otherwise deemed unmonetizable such as gameplay without commentary.
YouTube's double standards at work. They're as bad as Twitch at this point.
