Chapter 2: Swamp Walkthrough - Finding Teddy 110% Walkthrough

Go left 1 screen & click on the plant in the middle of the ground to pull up a strange plant thing called a Star Potato. Go left 2 screens & you'll find a happy little ant running around. Catch the ant in the empty bottle.
With the ant in hand go right 1 screen, down 1 screen, & right once more. You should now be on a screen with a spider web. Use the ant on the web and a spider will come down and give you a ball of spider silk/yarn.
Head left 2 screens and you'll find a sleeping mole. With the Musicom spell the word "DIG" (for the convenience of recording I use "DIG" before I show where you learn it. It still works anyway). The mole will wake up & open an entrance to a cave. Enter the cave & go down 1 screen. Once you descend the rope, click on Mr. Mouche & then on the bush thing hanging off the left wall. He'll get it down for you.
From here, go back up 1 screen, right 2 screens, up 1 screen, & left 2 screens. You should now see a black cat in the tree. His name is Mr. Cat. Use the ball of yarn\silk on him & he'll join your party. Go left 1 screen.
On this next screen you'll find what looks like a plastic bag. According to the game files it's a "Weird Fruit". Click it to add it to your inventory. From here go down once. The only things down there here is a firefly (#6) and a mole that teaches you the word "DIG".
After that go up 2 screens & you'll find yourself on a screen with a large vulture. The vulture can be ignored for now. Go right 1 screen.
On this screen is a crocodile. If you try to cross, you'll get eaten so instead open up your inventory & place the Star Potato, the Bush, & the Weird Fruit onto the platform in front of the crocodile. These 3 things together with make a dummy & the crocodile will eat it instead.
Go 2 screens to the right & there'll be a plant in the background. Click on both Mr. Mouche & Mr. Cat then click on the plant. They'll work together to pull out a Chicken Plant. Go right 1 screen.
You'll find yourself in a cemetery. You may remember the angel bird thing from Chapter 1 (it's okay if you missed it all you need to know is it said "TELL HER I AM SORRY"). This is where we complete this sidequest. In the graveyard take out your Musicom and spell the word "SORRY". Another angelic bird thing will appear and say "THANK YOU". You'll have the letter 'S' added to your Musicom & you'll also unlock an artwork.
With the sidequest finished it's time to continue with the main quest. Take out the Musicom again and spell the word "DEATH" (like with the mole I used the word before I learned it to cut down on backtracking). A hand will come out from a grave & give you a lantern.
Go left 4 screens so that you're back with the vulture. Feed it the Chicken Plant & the vulture will teach you the word "DEATH". Go down 1 screen, right 3 screens, down 1 screen, left 1 screen, down 1 screen, & right 4 screens. The girl will place the lantern on the wall & the cave will brighten up. Grab the red diamond then head out of the cave.
From outside the cave go right 1 screen, up 1 screen, & left 4 screens. Use the Diamond on the snake & he'll make a bridge for the girl to use that leads to Chapter 3.
There are 7 fireflies in this chapter:
#1 (0:10): 1 screen to the left of the starting screen is a tree on the right. Notice how the tree turns from brown to a blue-green. The firefly is found at the bottom right of the last all brown swirly branch on the right side of this tree.
#2 (0:38): Near the start of the swamp is a screen where you can go south. Go south and you'll be on a screen where there are little tetromino shapes (like the pieces from Tetris). The firefly is found directly beneath the girl in the dark part of the screen.
#3 (0:53): On the screen where you feed the ant to the spider, if you look at the background of the screen there is a wall that ends on the left side giving you a look at the distant background. The wall's edge on the left has parts that are slanted. The firefly is found to the right of the 2nd slanted part from the bottom.
#4 (2:22): On the screen where you first meet Mr. Cat there is a large tree with brown and green-blue swirls. On the right side of this tree is a green-blue swirl connected to a brown branch. Click on this swirl for the firefly.
#5 (2:35): In the top left corner of the screen where there are 4 paths to choose from is the firefly.
#6 (2:49): At the bottom of the screen with the mole that teaches you the word "DIG" in the foreground is a large black bar thing. Click on this bar right where it turns downward on the right side to find the firefly.
#7 (5:50): Go back into the cave that the mole opens up. Go down the rope & then go right once so that you're on the screen that says "TARANT IS OUR MASTER" on the wall. The firefly is in the top right corner.
