Finally got the app progress back, thanks to chapters support team.
but still the app has so many glitches and bugs like i purchased diamonds then again purchased some keys but still the ad was present while playing which is so annoying...
I dunno what more i have to do to get those ads off the game :(
(if you know anything about how to get these ads off please let me know)
