I honestly couldn't believe that this game falls in my raster, for this playlist.
Chasm is a Metroidvania styled game, where you go deeper and deeper into a mine hunting for the missing villager. Although the game starts in a mine, you also have other areas/dungeons to explore. Each playthrough got a new seed of rooms, so your knowledge from the last playthrough only partially applies to a new game. But this is good, since i already played through this game once. You start the game with your bare minumum of equipment, but monster will drop equipment and you can also buy some equipment later in the town. Or craft it with the items you find there. Defeating enemies will increase your exp and raises your stats. To make this video a bit easier, i took the option where i can choose a class and where the game automatically puts my points on the stats, based on the class. But you can also do that by yourself. When you start not only your equipment is limited, but also the moveset. So you can just move, attack and jump. Later you get skills which increases your moveset and also opens areas where you couldn't pass before.
