Ittle Dew

First thing i want to say is, that i couldn't get my controller running for this game. Apparently this is somekind of bug regarding the XBox 360 Controller for the PC, which they couldn't really solve, just that you have to do that on your own, every time you start the game. So i decided to play the game with my Keyboard.
Ittle Dew is like a Zelda a link to the past light, it relys more on puzzle solving then on battles and dungeon exploring. So even if the game looks similar and somewhat plays similar, it's different. So you crashland on this island with your raft and basically want to get a repaired raft and so you make yourself on the way to explore the island. Most ways are closed and you basically can't help but to get in a shop first. The owner sells 3 different items there: a flaming cutlas, a teleporter rod, and a ice rod (these items are basically your skills, which you need to unlock to solve the puzzles). Since you jst crashlanded on that island, you're broke. But the shop owner wants to exchange his raft, for a item you can find in the castle (north). So you head out and go north to the castle, with a wooden stick as your only weapon. Since you can't do much with said stick, you can only follow one path, but this path leads you to a gold treasure of 200 coins. Which happens to the price for the flaming cutlass (what a coincidence). So back to the shop you acquire the hot rod, but realise that he doesn't sell you the item directly, but will blast you in the dungeon where you can find it. So you get blasted off into a volcano. So this is basically how the game goes. You get gold, get "teleportet" into a dungeon, get the item, solve puzzles and head back to the shop. With the new item (skill) you can get to a new part of the castle to get enough gold for the next item. The game is good and the puzzles are decent, even if i left the challenging (as they called pro shortcuts) puzzles as they where, so that the video doesn't get too long. So it's hard to tell if the game is for kids. I mean sure the first puzzles are easy as heck, but the more items and skills you get the more challenging the puzzles get, since you have to take these into consideration. So despite the look of the game, i say it's more for teens.
