ChatGPT helped me write code to spawn a window, and also ironed out problems along the way.
Using ChatGPT, I was able to get the code to spawn a popup window to get a filename from the user (allowing them to browse with file explorer and choose with the mouse), and ChatGPT helped me resolve some simple issues as well.
