Bullet Witch is a re-release of a 2006 x-box 360 title. According to their description the changes include "improving the resolution, framerate, lighting, and game balance." plus it has all the DLC included for free.

I haven't played the original so I was completely new to the title but a lot of people are fond of the game from playing it as a kid. As a first timer I was quite impressed. It has a really cool story and terrific game play, I was able to blow up an entire petrol station to kill all the bad guys, great fun!
I played it through to what I think was the first boss monster and was very impressed but you need to bare in mind that it is a re-release of an old title so it does look a bit aged. I also had some trouble figuring out the casting of different spells so it would have been nice for that to be clearer on the PC. Eventually I did figure out how to change to the different spells and was able to enjoy hurling lightning down from the sky at tanks, great fun! I played it on easy which is really that, apart from the boss monster, it was ridiculously easy. So unless you just want to coast through and enjoy blowing stuff up, I strongly recommend keeping it on normal at the very least.
Even though they have re-mastering and re-releasing this title they are not pretending it's a new game and have set the price at a very reasonable $15.
