Rough concept overview. I created a very rough python script (for own use) to generate item shops based on a list of items, it can then be exported to a datapack to be imported into any world so you can place item shops inside of chests.
The shops will rotate their stock based on conditions like seasons, days of the week or time, I am planning to use this in some Harvest Moon style map, no guarantees though.
