INGREDIENTS

Main Dish:

500gr Minced Meat (Beef)
1 Big Onion
1 can of Red Kidney Beans
1 Carton of tomato Juice
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Chili Seeds
Any type of rice you like. I use Basmati.

Salad:

Lettuce
Cucumber
Carrot.

Vinaigrette (Fixxer Version)

Balsamic vinegar with Honey
Olive oil ( 2 time the amount of vinegar)
2 tea spoons of honey
a splash of hot mustard
salt & pepper

Instructions:

Main Dish:

Heat up the olive oil. Fine chop the onion and add it. Cook for 1-2 min then add the minced meat. Cook until all minced meat is nice and brown. Stir occasionally. Once all minced meat is brown add 2 table spoons of paprika and 2 table spoons of cumin. Mix well. When ready add the tomato juice and season to taste with salt, pepper, chili seeds. Let it boil for 1-2 min then add the red kidney beans. Cook an extra 2-3min. Taste and adjust flavor. Let it rest 2 min and serve.

Salad:

Cut lettuce to what ever size you like. Grade the carrot and add in the middle. Cut the cucumber to small pieces around the dish.


Vinaigrette (Fixxer Version)
Add all ingredients in a ball and whisk them until nice and smooth. Pour over the salad and enjoy.
