INGREDIENTS

GREEN PEAS WITH RED SAUCE (with a twist)

500 gr Green Peas (Frozen)
1 medium onions
2 medium potatoes
A bit of Dill
Olive oil
Tomatoe sauce
*Salt & Papper

3-4 Slices of Bacon
100 gr of Cheddar Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill the bottom of the pot with olive oil. Cut the bacon in small pieces. Peal the potatoes and cut the onions finely and once the oil is hot enough add the bacon and cook to taste. Then add the onions in and cook for 1-2 min in high heat whiel stirring. Next add the potatoes and cook for another 1-2 min. Add tomato sauce enough to almost cover them and fill the rest with tap water. Cook for afew minutes until the potatoes are most done then add the peas. Season with salt & papper cook until potatoes are done. IF you want you can also add the peas sooner to make them softer. In addition you can also add corn or chilli seeds for more spicy version.

Once the food is ready put a nice amountof cheese in the bottom of the plate and then add the pipping hot food on top. Allow 1-2 min fro the cheese to melt and enjoy!!!!
