Plot
The player is an archivist and monster hunter, who is summoned to the island of Aranearum to deal with Charles, who is described as half train, half giga-spider by Eugene. The miners of the island have formulated a plan to defeat Charles, but they need someone experienced in monster hunting to execute it. The player is let loose on the island with a train mounted with a Weapon, with the goal of traversing the island to meet with various NPC's. They can give the player keys to the mines and other places. The Mines is where Charles's glowing eggs are located. Upgrade the train to MAX, and get all 4 Weapons in the game, to better fend off against Charles.

You need to destroy Charles. Navigate a massive Island in your trusty Old Engine. These winding tracks are treacherous, so you’ll need to plan each mission carefully. Be wary when traveling on foot, or switching the track’s direction; Charles might be waiting for you. Upgrade your train to fit your needs. Go looting or complete missions to find Scraps, Which can be used to turn your train into a death machine on wheels. Help out the settlers in return for high powered weapons, and other items vital to Charles’s destruction. Fight Charles to the death. You can Complete the main-questlines, side-questlines. Do many types of Missions; Optional Missions, Required Missions, Weapon Missions. Summon Charles to a mortal duel. If you’ve gained enough strength, firepower, and skill, Charles may finally meet his match.
