196THE GAME DESCRIPTION: Night of the Consumers is an indie/horror game made by British game developer germfood, the game simulates a retail work environment, where you, the employee must stock all the shelves before the shift is up, and satisfy the customers[1] within a certain period of time. Night of the Consumers was released in March of 2020[1], since then, 4 separate updates have occurred, the game also parodies other games, and makes references to other games/events like the Flesh Birds poster (another game made by germfood), or the stacks of toilet paper referencing the 2020 Pandemic. The game was developed using Unity, and uses 3D graphics and 2D sprites, along with other assets as well.
Plot
The plot of Night of the Consumers, is that you are an employee working at a British Retail Store, during the COVID pandemic, you start your shift in a staff room, and start an awkward conversation with the Manager, in which he describes in a transcript, your job, and how to behave, and the consequences on misbehavior.
