We can all get distracted, and end up not using our time effectively.
So let’s reflect on this, because I know the pull of my mobile phone, video games, the internet and Netflix just as much as anyone else…

I need prayers so that I use my time more constructively.

Um, I forgot to mention the one thing that keeps me distracted on my phone.

We need to be especially aware of, not just wasting our time, but WHAT we are doing too.
We all have to ask ourselves, what bad habits have we picked up, and what should we cut out of our lives? 🤔
Spending time with bad company, for example, is obviously no good either.
As is going to the wrong places, and getting up to no good in various ways.
*Keep talking to God, pray to him, and let’s reflect on what is actually taking up our time?
And whether it’s doing us any good? Amen 🙏 *
