Here it´s essencial you have armor that protects you from Status Ailments, mostly Lock.

Take down her Displays as you Charm their Elixirs, you can too charm Mother Brain for a Blue Vest, but I forgot =/.

After you take her Displays, she will run Berserk, now attack her with everything you got, and heal every turn, she will unleash a pillar of energy followed by Lock, which is the reason why I told you to get equipment that protects from that, then she will rise greatly her Defense and Attack and repeat over and over again, finish her quickly or either you will be at a point she will kill you in a single hit.
