21Major improvements from Act 1.
1. Chronomancer to get Now And Again. Combat starts to feel more like an MMO where procs change the optimal way to play. Add on the fact that we're playing hardcore and it feels like most combat in the campaign is now meaningful.
2. Insane staff drop + VISION. The base we got comes with Sigil of Power which adds a bit more depth to the combat. If I want to get the most damage out of my setup I now need to be aware of where I'm standing.
3. Spell Cascade. If I were to do this run again I'd run this from level 2.
