It mentions using macros but yet to be seen if it gets fully removed.
Brief Look into Spear Techniques for clearing Act 1 faster. You can likely carry these builds further into Act 2+ but that won't be covered in this video.
The two techniques describe are:
1. Disengage & Stomping Ground
2. Rake & Parry Cancel & Stomping Ground
Disengage is available starting at level 1.
Rake is available starting at level 5 when you unlock level 3 skill gems.
It takes a while to get used to the parry cancel rhythm but it's possible to do in a few different ways. You can try binding them to left click/right click but I found that I got into a rhythm binding Rake to Q and then cancelling it with my right click.
You put most of your points into attributes on the tree starting from level 2. If your class has a wheel of nodes that ends with a Strength notable you should go for it as well. Ranger/Mercenary have Heavy Weaponry which is insane for the build as it increases melee damage too.
