I took some time recently to learn how skill gem level scaling works in Poe2 and how in general GGG wants you to scale based on it.
Most skills get x2 MORE damage for every 10 levels. (1 to 10, 10 to 20, etc.)
What that means is that there are no diminishing returns on the stat for most skills in the game and in general nothing else can compare on the pieces of gear that roll the mod. For warriors it's Weapons, Gloves, and Amulets. If you don't have this stat on your items right now you're doing it wrong.
