Moving into Act 2 I added the Amazon Ascendancy's Predatory Instincts. It doesn't really change the playstyle but just makes killing rares and uniques easier.

I did run into some issues with Cull the Weak's visual effect for culling enemies. Hopefully in the future GGG can either add a colorblind mode or focus on trying to make certain elements in the game distinct from each other.
