Overall, I don't recommend this method of practice to improve - unless you have specific training goals.
Stuff like 'movement under pressure' is well suited for this - but you run the risk of building bad habits if you grind this - a bot can hit really well, but can't 'play properly' (for example, bots can't play corners correctly).

There are a few things I want to say regarding why I did this:
-I'm basically just throwing myself at the game, so that I can watch it back and look for specific consistent issues (with movement, weapon usage, hesitation etc).
-I'm trying to avoid abusing the AI; that wont help me vs real opponents.
-A light champion vs Nightmare bots makes managing stack/surviving harder than normal.

The music does a couple of things:
-Reduces sound cues, forcing me to rely more on visual info and anticipation/prediction.
-Helps me to recenter and focus on being calm.
-Influences my mood and therefore playstyle (music kicks up, makes me want to go in and vice versa), helping me be flexible with my aggression level.
-Also the track really makes me want to slide around, feels right for Slash.

As for the last point; Why did I upload this?
Aside from it potentially being entertaining for some:
- I understand the value of "learning by watching someone make clear mistakes".
- Someone at who is 'Silver rank in duel' or a 'DM or TDM only player' can watch my play and compare directly to Toxiq or Rapha vods; there will be similarities but also *stark* differences, making it easier to discern/categorise errors.
