This isn't to show how good (or how bad) I am, but to accompany my previous video. I was talking a lot, so my attention wasn't on my movement - this is to demonstrate some of the ideas I discussed.

There are many mistakes, but I hope people can see past that and search for nuggets that may not be in their movement repertoire.

I could select specific sliding paths, record them separately and edit them together - but I'd rather show my mistakes and not misrepresent my skill level.
