I own this game for the Sega Master System (under the title of Cloud Master) and always remembered liking it for some odd reason (and it oddly enough seems to have never been released in Japan for SMS, though I think the game is dual language and will show a Japanese title screen if played on a Japanese system, possibly other changes). It's a neat little Taito shooter title that originated in arcades, and eventually received a pretty good port for the Sharp X68K.

The game is one of those old shooters that looks pretty easy until you die somewhere far in the game, where you lose all of your powers and are basically screwed. The game features a lot of special weapons and power upgrades for an old shooter. You receive upgrades by defeating certain waves of enemies as well as defeating tougher mid-bosses who leave behind shop doors when defeated. The game has decent audio/visuals.
