Hello Kitty's Cube Frenzy was released on March 30, 1999 for the PS1. It also received a Game Boy Color version in the same year.

It was developed by a company called Culture Publishers, which I cannot find any information on. It was published by NewKidCo, a company that was in business from 1998-2005, and released a lot of, you guessed it, kids games.

Hello Kitty's Cube Frenzy is an odd complicated puzzle game, considering it's made for little girls. It takes elements of Tetris Plus (PS1), Wario's Woods (NES), and a bit of Pokemon Puzzle League (N64), and combines them to a somewhat unique, but extremely tedious puzzle experience. Everything just moves to slowly, and after about 3 levels, I was ready to move on.

There's definitely worse puzzle games out there for PS1, but I cannot imagine sitting through this entire game, especially since there is really no way to actually lose, as least as far as I can tell. Thanks for watching!
