3The Shield: The Game was released on January 9, 2007 for the PS2 (and was ported to PC a few weeks later). It was developed by Point of View, Inc. (who also developed Ready 2 Rumble Boxing, NFL Blitz, and Spawn Armageddon - going defunct in 2010), and published by Aspyr Media (who published or ported a ton of games, and still exist to this day).
Well, I have never seen the show, so I have no reference going into this game. I will say that they do a really good job of copying the presentation of the show, and the voice acting seems pretty quality, but having the second mission being a rather tough sneaking mission is no way to go about making a game (like Trev said, thanks Lords of Shadows 2). It seems pretty faithful to the show, so if you want a cheap, decent game about The Shield, here you go! Thanks for watching.
