Unlike Reimu, who is very OP and strong atm, Cirno is more of a mixed bag.

Cirno-A is designed around a status effect, Cold. While Cold cards allow you to setup some nutty offensive plays, the main weakness to running this variation, besides the expensive mana costs, is the lack of good defensive cards. It's very easy to just run into a difficult encounter and go "oh, I have no way of blocking that much damage, RIP Cirno". I believe Cirno is the most recent character to be added, and it really shows with this variation.

Cirno-B is a lot stronger. Instead of Cold, Cirno-B is based around summoning Teammates (this is apparently based on some Magic: The Gathering mechanic). I don't fully understand how it works, I just know that if you pick up enough Teammate focused cards and can start generating new Teammates every turn, things get really busted.
