Back to needing all of my dice to be nice instead of just one. 11: is definitely possible with better dice or movement, preferably both. 10: is going to be a headache barring some new tech.

A few glitches that still work:

1) Dragos Skip: If you mash the A button on the controller at the right time while the game is loading, you can merge the intro sequence and Dragos' conversation after that. Trouble is, it seems that "the right time" is a moving target, and I still haven't figured out how to make this one consistent.

2) Tutorial Scroll: If a tutorial window opens while you're in a location/cutscene, you can scroll up and down to set up for your next move. You need a bit of intuition to figure out where that should be, but it can be a significant time-saver for long distances, especially at the end for this run.
