Notes about Citra: At this point in its development, Citra is still a very early and experimental emulator. Quite a few games run fairly well, but there are a lot of graphical and audio issues. Tons of progress has been made recently, and you can expect that to continue in the near future. Basically, don't expect it to run perfectly.
