Austin Mayor Steve Adler, other City leaders and musicians are opposing Texas House Bill 3813, which would regulate local noise ordinances. If the bill passes, it would stop cities from regulating sound from bars and music venues in residential areas between 10 a.m. and 2 a.m. if the sound is less than 75 decibels.
