Tunisia - Farhat Hached
Ability: Khums - +100% Food, Production, and Gold from land-based Trade Routes. Melee units spend one less movement upon attacking a city (Units that cannot move after attacking still spend all movement).
Building: Ribat - Replaces Castle, yields +2 Gold, +2 Faith, and +4 Golden Age Points. 50% Cheaper to construct. Does not require Walls
Unit: Xebec - Replaces Privateer. Costs 20% more production. May capture enemy ships upon their defeat (50% chance, captured units spawn with 50hp). Is stronger (29 strength, vs. 27) and does not spend movement pillaging tiles.
