Classic Game Room - WE BOUGHT A NEO-GEO part 3
1,627Part 3. It's fixed! (sort of) Classic Game Room buys a Neo-Geo and finally gets it working after our technically and mechanically talented friend, Luke Morse, fixes the NeoGeo MVS 4-Slot arcade machine board and mails it back to us in space! Hooray! The Neo-Geo works but still has a monitor problem (that I'm probably just going to have to live with for a while it seems). The issue with the 25" CRT monitor is that it shoots up over the top and sort-of folds over (technical term of course) so the Neo Geo loses about the top inch of gameplay...aside from that it seems to work well and plays four Neo Geo game cartridges nicely if they are well seated. Thank you again to Luke Morse for fixing the machine and repairing the 4 Slot board by replacing the RAM and fixing a trace and stuff.
