Classic Volume UI in Windows 10, 8, 7 & Vista is trash

Possibly also Windows 11 if it still has it.
The biggest issue is that this UI doesn't match the behaviour of PC Settings Mixer, and it is still accessible by right-clicking the volume icon and choosing "Open Volume Mixer"... instead of opening the superior PC Settings mixer.
The 2nd biggest issue is the difficulty of undoing an increase in Master Volume and then restoring each individual applications volume to what it was before the Master Volume was increased.
