Cleaning alien barnacles with a futuristic carwash - Halo Wars Gameplay episode 9
Today me and the crew return to Halo Wars, a real time strategy game set in the Halo universe that follows the adventures of the human warship the Spirit of Fire as they defend humanity from extinction at the hands of an intergalactic religious order known as the Covenant. In this episode, having been pulled under a lake while searching for their missing scientist, who opted to go damsel herself to save a comrade, it's discovered that some of the local fauna had followed us back to the ship from the last mission. This meant that several of our forces had to go out and scrap them off the hull. This, in turn, ticked off the local housekeeping robots so they decided to remove both the flood and my forces from the surface of the ship. When the drones weren't enough the AI in charge of cleaning duties decided to use an energy wave that would instantly kill any of my infantry that I did not have hidden away inside the ship. So, naturally, I used the only tactic that made any kind of sense and didn't use any ground forces. Enjoy.
