Clock Tower 2 (JP) PS1 Review
12クロックタワー２ (Clock Tower 2) is a survival horror point-and-click adventure game produced by Human Entertainment and published in both Japan and the West from 1996-1998. Originally, Clock Tower was not going to have a sequel, however Producer Hifumi Kono was convinced after witnessing the capabilities of 3D with the Sony PlayStation.
Returning to the setting of the previous game, you play as Jennifer following on from the events at the Barrow's Mansion. Having been adopted by an Associate Professor of a University in Oslo, Jennifer is now undergoing treatment for severe PTSD. It's not long, however, before the click of the shears come ringing back to the ears, and Jennifer and her friends all become caught in the web of terror.
Taking place in multiple chapters, across multiple locations, can Jennifer and her friends escape the evil Scissorman? Only with your help. Check out my review to see if this game is worth playing. Whilst this review is of the Japanese game, the game also exists under the name of "Clock Tower" on the Sony PlayStation, in western countries.
