I was really looking forward to this card as my Elgato HD60 S really struggles with some sources. Imagine my disappointment when I started seeing this screen tearing.

Before you ask, here's what I tried:

-Enabling/Disabling Buffering
-Making a new scene with just the capture card
-Using ClonerAlliance's software
-Using different consoles
-Using different upscalers

It all comes down to this 59.82Hz signal that seems to just throw the card off. It looks like the card is ALWAYS running at 60Hz, so it ends up having a mismatch every so often.
