Here's some footage of the mGBA Wii emulator running Sonic Advance. The emulator is set to pixel perfect with no scaling and the image is upscaled to 960p via the GBS Control.

The Wii Component output isn't the cleanest but I do kind of like the analog blur we have going on here. If you're after emulator-like pixel perfect upscaling, you won't get it with the GBS Control but that's what emulators are for.
