Mr. Nutz is a platformer I actually have no nostalgic connection to but one that I see frequently popping up in "hidden gem" videos.

It's one of those games that people buy for kids without realising how unbelievably hard it is.

Over here in the UK, I think more people are familiar with the Megadrive version which has a nice soundtrack arrangement by Matt Furniss.

Mr. Nutz is actually a very competent game, there aren't really any glitches that stood out but it's just waaaay too hard. Going back to the beginning of the whole world is far too punishing. Plus no password system or anything!
