Can you figure out what this cupcake did wrong? Ok, sarcasm aside. so this was a bad mistake. You should never pull out of a junction if it means impeding another vehicle.And you certainly cant tell if you might impede another vehicle if there's a bus in the way.

You can see that at the first possible moment he would be able to see me, I am only 3 car lengths away from the junction. That is far too close pull out onto the road.

Thankfully, I was doing under the speed limit, and was paying attention. So by putting my ABS to the test, I was able to bring my car to a stop well clear of the silver VW. In fact my ABS brought the car to a stop in a little over one car length!

Simple lesson here: only pull out of a junction if it is clear to do so. If you cannot see, do not go. If this was a more serious incident, the police could consider this an offence of driving without due care and attention!
