CLOSE YOUR HEART | God Of War Playthrough - Part 3
Hey everybody! Welcome back to my God Of War playthrough, Kratos and Atreus are making their way back up the the bridge they fell through but of course along the way there are plenty of enemies to beat our way through. Eventually though we come to a cavern where the door closes behind us and several humans pop out and start talking about eating us. Kratos pushes Atreus aside for this fight knowing he doesn't want to take a humans life. A human grabs Kratos but is slammed to the ground but then as they struggle another grabs Atreus. Kratos finishes off the one guy but not fast enough as Atreus stabs his captor in the neck. He is visibly shooken up about it but Kratos tries to tell him to close his heart to it. Before he can try to help anymore all the humans get up and I have to fight them all over again but as draugr. After the fight is over we continue up with Kratos trying to teach Atreus how to act in battle and again that you have to close your heart to your enemy. Once we get back up we find someone new. A dwarf named Brok who claims to have crafted my ax and becomes our source for armor and weapon upgrades. Once we are finished upgrading what we can we continue up the mountain once more with several draugr in our way but that never stopped us before! Eventually we come to a big sealed door that of course has a riddle but is not too hard to find the answer too thanks to Atreus being able to the read the language. On the other side though we find another troll. This time I am more prepared though and take it out faster. The road is filled with enemies but we keep getting stronger!
His vengeance against the gods of Olympus far behind him, Kratos now lives as a man in the lands of Norse Gods and monsters. It is in this harsh, unforgiving world that he must fight to survive… and teach his son to do the same. As mentor and protector to a son determined to earn his respect, Kratos is faced with an unexpected opportunity to master the rage that has long defined him. Questioning the dark lineage he’s passed on to his son, he hopes to make amends for the shortcomings of his past. Set within the untamed forests, mountains, and realms of Norse lore, God of War features a distinctly new setting with its own pantheon of creatures, monsters, and gods.
