The camera is a problem for on-foot sections. It's pulled way too back, and it can be hard to make out your character amongst the perpetual night and neon backgrounds. It doesn't help that once you park your vehicle, you have these rails you walk around in parking section, and can get stuck in before having open space and in dark, it's hard to make out your player character. It would have been better for when you park, you can walk anywhere.
