I discovered Cloudpunk randomly from a YouTube video once so I guess I'm trying to repeat my experience by giving it to someone else. When I saw this game, I knew I had to get it. I was not disappointed.

But it has some stuff I really dislike. I hate the portraits, our protagonist looks nothing like her portrait and her portrait looks like someone who wears waay too much makeup, and I really don't give a damm about the voice acting either. It's not bad just.. It gives me nothing.

Then there's the event in the game that you get to see where it enforces you to waste the majority of your cash for absolute junk. It's not a yes / no prompt, it just does without your input. That is garbage.

Aside from that this game is marvellous so far. The art style and aesthetics is superb. The clouds are strange but beautiful, just kinda... Meh? I'm sure there's a story reason for the constant energy in them. The rain is pretty, and the physics is very enjoyable. Should had seen the first time I drove, I kept sliding left and right like crazy til I got the hang of it xD

If you catch this game on a sale, I highly recommend it!
