CME Group, an American financial services company, partnered with Google Cloud to build a next-generation platform that significantly improved index creation speed – from 9-12 months per index to 50 indices in 90 days. They also consolidated their data warehouses into one, moving 26 petabytes of data, including 15+ years of market and risk information. They also use Gemini to automate test cases, reducing time by over 80% and simplifying dashboards. More than 3,000 employees were trained on new Google tools as part of their digital transformation, aiming to derive insights faster, better target client services, and reduce innovation costs.
