𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: Communication service providers are struggling with immense complexity in their network operations. Their current analytics footprint is often a patchwork of legacy systems and siloed data stores. This creates critical bottlenecks, including slow, manual troubleshooting, a lack of real-time insights, and bespoke solutions that don’t scale, preventing a unified, AI-centric approach to operations.

𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Google Cloud Professional Services is partnering with telcos to build a temporal network digital twin, creating a single source of truth for the entire operation. This is achieved by creating a unified data layer with Google Cloud Spanner, consolidating analytics workloads in BigQuery, and building robust data pipelines with Dataflow and Pub/Sub. This clean, unified data foundation enables the next leap forward: true AI-driven automation.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: With a robust data foundation in place, the roadmap moves from providing insights to enabling intelligent, automated actions. The future includes leveraging Graph AI on Vertex AI for predictive root cause analysis, using Spanner Graph with Gemini models to allow engineers to query the network to enable autonomous agents for proactive anomaly detection, diagnostics, and healing.
