Listen. That's the other thing about WarioWare. It takes a LOT of getting used to. Nobody's saying it isn't weird. In fact, it wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't! But that's just a fancy way of saying that you're probably not going to get it right on your first try. Or even your first several tries.
The bar's not so high as to deter early success, mind you, but at its core, it's all about trying to take in what you see and make the best choice you can in an insanely short time period.
Also, that time period gets shorter every time you do a thing. So. Do things! Do them faster! Do more things! They're going to get more complicated now! Do them! Do them all! Do them until you can't do any more!
And because it's a demo, we'll just give you a brand new way to turn everything sideways and your struggle can begin anew! Now go do it some more, okay?!
Worth mentioning here is that this is a fairly wide variety of microgames of varying object, theme, and difficulty... just thrown together. Also, without any kind of Boss Stage, which I alluded to earlier: a much more organized, slower-paced affair... one which will often be at direct odds with the twitch-paced monstrosity that was your bread and butter before it butted in. And if you win it, you get another chance to mess up a microgame without eventually failing the set!
What I'm saying here is that there's nothing to boost you back up. You're going to lose eventually, and there's nothing you can do to stave off that looming threat.
Have fun with that hanging over your head!
Naturally, for as long as they keep throwing more characters at you... I can't possibly condone the idea of quitting and calling it a day. This is WarioWare! We live and die by our collective insanity and the sudden intersection of all the crazy things you can imagine. And countless more you could not!
