If you want more simply double or triple the egg mixture. The cream mixture measurements here is enough for 2 servings (2 stacks of 3 slices of bread)

Ingredients
3 slices of bread

-Egg mixture
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup shredded coconut

-coconut cream mixture
1/2 cup or 1/2 pack cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 cup whipped cream
